Children at the Children's University graduation

CU Online is an excellent way for your child to log their hours and track their progress! When they receive their passport, they will receive an individual username and password. They will be shown how to use the platform, but you can also watch a short video here. If you would like more help with this, you can find a video tutorial here - https://youtu.be/Di5s6idw2bE

When your child earns stamps for their passport, they must get their passport “stamped” by the Learning Destination. They will also receive a code, which they can use to log their hours on their CU Online account. This code is a colour followed by four numbers, for example, 'Yellow 2580'

If the activity takes place in school (for example, a lunchtime or after-school club), you do not need to get a code, as the school will add it to their account at the end of each half-term.

Children can see which skills they have been developing by completing all of their activities and " reflecting” on each activity. For every two activities they reflect on, they will also receive a 30-minute stamp!

We will use the information on this system to see who is eligible to graduate each year, so please help ensure your child logs their stamps! If your child has earned enough stamps/hours to reach the next level, they will be invited to attend the graduation ceremony!
