You will know how much we value your mental and emotional health and believe your wellbeing is vital to a successful journey with us.

To support you, are Wellbeing Mentors can:

  • Provide one-to-one support
    For students experiencing difficulties with their mental or emotional health
  • Deliver workshops on personal development
    These workshops are great if you want to improve your resilience and self-awareness or would like to learn new skills related to mindfulness and relaxation
  • Offer guidance and advice
    For anyone who would like more information about mental or emotional health issues as well as providing a signposting and referral service to external providers of psychological support such as CAMHS
  • Be available as mental health first-aiders
    For anyone experiencing a mental health crisis at college
