Entry Requirements
GCSE grades 9 to 4 in maths and English or an equivalent qualification in Functional Skills. Individuals requiring further support will need to participate in an intensive week programme or are required to attend weekly support sessions.

Assessment
To complete the apprenticeship, apprentices will be expected to complete:
- A synoptic end-test coveringknowledge and skills gainedthroughout the on-programme stage.
- A portfolio and reflective discussion,comprising evidence from theworkplace, demonstrating theapprentice’s meeting of knowledge, skills, and behaviours outlined in the standard.

Induction One day induction to Apprenticeship programme, meeting with a Skills Coach and Delivery Plan agreed.
In College One classroom session a week for the duration of Programme.
Assessment On programme assessments every 6-8 weeks, including progress reviews every 8-10 weeks.
