This apprenticeship covers all aspects of dental nursing responsibilities, preparing you for work in a variety of clinical settings. Upon successful completion, you will gain the qualifications required to apply for professional registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), paving the way for a rewarding career in dental healthcare.

    Knowledge

    • Understanding of dental/oral anatomy and physiology

  • Delivery

    Induction - One day induction to apprenticeship programme, meeting with a Skills Coach and agree a delivery plan

    In College - One workshop and work based session a month for the duration of the programme

    Assessment - On programme assessments every 6-8weeks, including progress reviews every 8-10weeks
