Our custom-designed motor vehicle workshop is industry standard and regularly updated with support from car manufacturers. All our students can work on vehicles and systems using the latest test equipment.

We also offer you the opportunity to develop your interests in the motor vehicle field, including customising and repairing your own vehicle.

There are a range of jobs within the industry, from MOT examiners to technicians. We will equip you with the skills you need to succeed in this sector.

Motor Vehicle Electrical Hybrid and General Skills - Award

This 15-day, five-week course is ideal for those wanting to gain basic knowledge of General Electric Vehicles or for working motor technicians wishing to improve their skills in repairing electric vehicles.

Motor Vehicle Maintenance - Certificate

This introductory course is ideal for you if you are interested in a career in the motor vehicle maintenance and repair industry. It allows you to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and successful career progression. You will develop a clear understanding of the maintenance procedures required to maintain the systems and will work on a range of vehicles in our motor vehicle workshops to hone your skills.
