This role will involve working at a dynamic criminal law firm. The role will involve working closely with the Managing Director of the firm. The role will provide administrative support to Solicitors and other fee earners in daily administrative tasks.

What will the apprentice be doing?

• Working closely with managing director
• Administrative support to solicitors and other team members 
• Diary management for the firm
• Taking and making telephone calls on behalf of other team members
• Drafting letters and proof reading documents
• Preparing case bundles
• Transcribing police interviews
• Dealing with post and correspondence

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Provider: Bromley College of Further and Higher Education. 
On programme training:

• Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if required
  Institute of Apprenticeship Certificate

End-Point Assessment (EPA)

• Knowledge Training Test
• Skills Test
• Oral Questioning – underpinned by portfolio

• Once you've successfully completed the apprenticeship, you will have the skills, knowledge and qualifications to pursue an ongoing career in administration
