We're looking for an apprentice Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Facades & Cladding Division at Guildmore! As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of the Commercial Department.

Apprenticeship summary

What will the apprentice be doing?

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior quantity surveyors
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data for project assessments
  • Collaborate with project teams to analyse drawings,specifications, and other project documents
  • Assisting with sub-contractor management
  • Assist in the procurement process, including tender analysis and contract administration
  • Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and cost reports

  • Have a desire to work or have experience of working in the industry
  • Have GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above particularly for English and maths

  • Level 4 qualification in Construction and Built Environment
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English
