In Joe’s own words, he drifted through different jobs from leaving school up until he was 21. It was then that he realised that to really get ahead and make something of himself, he would need to study for higher level courses up to degree-level if he was to reach a senior leadership role in the future.

It also means I can get here quickly from work in the evenings.
